Welcome to the SoreAid Affiliate Program. By signing up to be an Affiliate for SoreAid (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at soreaid.com (“Website”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). Please read them carefully before registering.

1. Enrollment and Eligibility

  • Application: To enroll, you must submit a complete Affiliate Program application via our website. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
  • Rejection Criteria: Applications may be rejected if your platform promotes sexually explicit materials, violence, discrimination, illegal activities, or violates intellectual property rights.

2. Affiliate Links and Promotion

  • Link Generation: Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate link or coupon code.
  • Allowed Promotion: You may promote SoreAid on your personal website, blog, social media channels, and email newsletters.
  • Prohibited Promotion: * SPAM: You strictly cannot send unsolicited bulk emails or messages.
    • PPC Bidding: You may not bid on trademarked keywords (e.g., “SoreAid,” “SoreAid coupons,” “SoreAid reviews”) on search engines like Google or Bing without prior written consent.
    • Misrepresentation: You must not make false or exaggerated claims about the efficacy of SoreAid products.

3. Commissions and Payouts

  • Commission Rate: You will earn a 30% commission on net sales (excluding shipping, taxes, and returns) generated through your unique link.
  • Cookie Duration: Our tracking cookies have a life of 30 days. If a customer purchases within this window after clicking your link, you get credit.
  • Payout Schedule: Commissions are paid on a monthly / net-30 basis.
  • Minimum Threshold: You must accumulate at least $50 in earnings before a payout is issued.
  • Payment Method: Payments will be distributed via PayPal / Direct Deposit.

4. Legal Compliance & FTC Disclosures

Important Note: Transparency is required by law.

Whenever you share your affiliate link or coupon code, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you receive a financial commission from sales.

  • On blogs, this means a prominent disclosure at the top of the post.
  • On social media, you must use clear hashtags like #Ad, #Affiliate, or #SoreAidPartner.

5. Relationship of Parties

You are participating in this program as an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between you and SoreAid. You have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf.

6. Term and Termination

  • At-Will Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice (email suffices).
  • Fraudulent Activity: If we detect fraudulent tracking, cookie stuffing, or violations of these terms, your account will be terminated immediately, and all pending commissions will be forfeited.

7. Limitation of Liability

SoreAid will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the affiliate program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
